In 2019, we partnered with The Gut Co to create a brand identity built around one belief: It’s what’s inside that counts.

Five years later, the business had evolved. The product range had expanded, the ambition had grown, and the brand was preparing to scale – but the digital experience no longer reflected the strength of the business. We partnered again to deliver a digital rebrand that aligned strategy, design and performance.

The project began with a refinement of the brand guidelines and positioning, evolving The Gut Co from a niche probiotic brand into a scalable, gut-first wellness platform. From there we rebuilt the website as a clear, mobile-first, conversion-led experience, simplifying the product architecture and strengthening the storytelling around science, ingredients and expertise.

The product packaging was also redesigned to support the new direction. A minimal, scalable system was developed to create clarity across the range while allowing the brand to grow into new categories and channels. The design system was robust enough to have clarity on online retail platforms, while having stand-out on a real shelf.


Alongside the digital redesign, we developed a new photography and campaign system to express the brand in a more human and confident way. The category is often dominated by sterile clinical imagery, so the creative direction focused on clarity, warmth and relatability – balancing scientific credibility with a grounded, everyday tone. The result is an upbeat and united brand ecosystem from packaging to campaigns to digital and designed to support The Gut Co’s next phase of growth.
