As global demand increases for more resilient and locally controlled material supply chains, the company is positioning itself at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, sustainability and industrial innovation.

Working closely with the founding team at an early stage, we helped translate this complex technical vision into a clear and credible visual identity. The challenge was to create a communication system capable of expressing both scientific innovation and industrial reliability, while avoiding many of the visual clichés associated with sustainability sectors.
The visual language draws inspiration from carbon’s hexagonal structure, reflecting the relationship between natural systems and engineered performance. A deep carbon brown anchors the palette, referencing lignin’s transformation into carbon, while a restrained mint accent is used selectively to support interaction, diagrams and technical information.
Alongside the identity, we developed a structured design system and teaser website designed to introduce the company through its manifesto and core proposition. The result is a brand presence that feels measured, credible and future-facing — helping establish Carbon Forest Products as an emerging player within the next generation of renewable material infrastructure.
